All this is for us to verify all requests, to ensure the funding is appropriate, to share (generically) with our community to raise more funds, The majority of our funding is out of our own pockets and therefore we are under no obligation to fund. If you are unable to answer question, refuse to answer questions, provide documentation, etc. your request can be terminated and you will not receive funding.
